SUP Wheels offers a 30 day return policy for all merchandise purchased off our web page. Returns between 31 and 60 day have a 15% restocking fee.

There is no sales tax on orders other than Florida shipping addresses

All orders will be processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends & holidays) after your order confirmation email has been received. We will also send you an email notification once your order has shipped. Morning orders may be processed on the same day and shipped but this depends on the volume that day. The average shipment domestically is 1 to 4 days but this may vary depending on your location. Faster shipping times are available when ordering.

Not sure if I am getting the right carrier.

The Evolution and Evolution-X (for inflatable paddle boards) products work with bikes and walking.

The Classic and Classic-X (for inflatable paddle boards) products are used for walking only.

What is the satisfaction guarantee mean?

We want to make sure you have the right fit for your board. If something is not quite right for you or your board we will work with you to make it right. If still need to return the item you have 60 days to return the units. More details on our return policy here.

Does this carrier work on soft beach sand?

Yes, all of our carriers work on beach sand with the large 14 inch wheels.

These wheels do not use air so you have never go flat wheels.

What do I do with my wheels when I get to the water?

  • If you biked to the water lock your SUP Wheels up with your bike
  • If you walked to the water fold up your SUP Wheels and store them on your board. They will float if they go in the water.
  • If you walked to the beach you can still lock-up your SUP Wheels to a bike rack or other non movable object.
